Facilities Technician (HVAC & Maintenance)

In this part-time weekend-focused role, you’ll take the lead on maintaining and improving our mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. From routine walkthroughs and repairs to new installations and projects, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly for optimal growing conditions.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, airflow, and humidity systems
- Clean units, replace filters, check refrigerant, and calibrate controls
- Handle light-duty electrical, plumbing, and lighting repairs
- Support new installations and facility improvement projects
- Perform light welding and metalwork for equipment repairs or facility projects
- Monitor systems, log data, and flag issues
- Be available for on-call response to critical equipment needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum EPA Universal Certification
- 3+ years in HVAC with refrigeration repair and installation experience
- Skilled in mechanical systems, electrical, controls, and facilities maintenance
- Reliable, self-motivated, and confident working solo on weekends
- Comfortable working in humid, cold, and warm environments
- Experience with basic welding or fabrication is a strong plus
- Experience in indoor ag and BMS is also a plus

Delivery Driver
