What You’ll Do
- Harvest, sort, and carefully package fresh mushrooms
- Create mushroom grow blocks with consistency and care
- Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe work environment
- Support farm operations in a multitude of ways
- Learn the craft of mushroom cultivation hands-on

Administrative Assistant
Do you like quiet, steady work that makes a real difference? As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll keep things on track so the rest of the team can focus on the farm. Manage behind-the-scenes operations that directly impact our team, customers, and community. While the primary focus is administrative and operations-based, there’s room for growth into marketing and creative projects if desired.
What You’ll Do
- Run payroll and manage invoices
- Organize records and admin systems
- Support hiring, onboarding, and scheduling
- Manage email and social media messages
- Assist with newsletters and campaign coordination
- Keep SOPs and files updated and accessible
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, and admin work
- A sharp eye for detail and great communication skills
- Comfort with online tools and social media platforms
- Experience with hiring and scheduling is a big plus

What You’ll Do
- Deliver fresh mushrooms across Florida
- Make sure orders arrive on time and in top condition
- Keep delivery vehicle(s) clean and organized
- Follow food safety guidelines
- Help pack orders and support the farm as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Clean driving record
- Confidence driving a large vehicle for extended periods
- Friendly and reliable attitude
- Good communication with customers and the team
- Sales or demo experience is a plus
- Willingness to follow food safety standards
