Pink oysters are a lovely tropical oyster species with an alluring form and color. An excellent candidate for hot environments, capable of growing at a range between 60-85F. They are more rare to come across on the market as a fresh mushroom due to shorter shelf life of about a week, but with their beauty and delicious flavor, growing them yourself is an excellent way to connect with this special species!
